2. PURPOSE
These General Conditions of Sale regulate any transaction carried out via the Zaydeno site between the seller and any customer.
3. PRODUCTS
The characteristics, descriptions, images and prices of the products offered are indicated on the site. Offers are valid while stocks last.
4. ORDER
Orders are placed online via the website. Validation implies full acceptance of the T&Cs and associated policies. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of an anomaly or prior dispute.
5. PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, transfer, etc.
Payments are secure.
The order is processed after payment confirmation.
6. DELIVERY
Delivery methods, estimated times and costs are specified when ordering.
Tracking is accessible to each customer.
The seller's liability ceases upon confirmation of delivery by the carrier.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
The customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise his right of withdrawal without reason.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error by the seller or a defective product.
8. WARRANTY
2-year legal guarantee against defects and hidden faults.
Proper use of the product is necessary to benefit from any warranty.
9. RESPONSIBILITY
The seller cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure, improper or non-compliant use of the product, customer address error, carrier incident after delivery.
10. DISPUTE MANAGEMENT & MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute, the customer can resort to mediation free of charge via the European ODR platform: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/index_en
These T&Cs are governed by Belgian law.
The competent court is that of Belgium, unless otherwise provided by law or mediation is required for French clients.
11. ACCEPTANCE
The order implies full acceptance of the T&Cs, the Return Policy, the Privacy Policy and other applicable policies.
