Shipping and Delivery
Logistics and transparency are at the heart of our Zaydeno service.
This policy clearly defines the terms and conditions for preparing, sending and tracking your orders in order to guarantee a worry-free purchase.
ARTICLE 1 - PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES
Orders are prepared within 2 working days after validation and payment.
The average delivery time is 5 to 10 working days, regardless of the destination.
Depending on the load or the season, time adjustments may occur and will be posted on the site, or communicated by email.
ARTICLE 2 - DELIVERY METHODS OFFERED
We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs:
Home delivery via our recognized carrier partners.
Delivery to a relay point (if available in your region).
When ordering, you choose the method that suits you from those available for your address.
Article 3 - Delivery costs
Shipping of products is free. No delivery fees will be charged to the customer, regardless of the order amount or delivery location.
Article 4 - Order tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, an email or SMS containing the tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow the progress of your order in real time.
Tracking is accessible via the carrier's platform or from your customer area on our website.
Article 5 - Responsibility and transfer of risk
The seller's liability ends upon confirmation of delivery by the carrier (delivery to home, relay point, signature or scan).
It is the customer's responsibility to check the package upon receipt and to immediately report any anomalies to the delivery person or relay point.
Article 6 - Package damaged or not in conformity with the delivery
In the event of a damaged, incomplete or suspicious package, it is imperative to refuse it or indicate the reservations on the delivery slip.
Immediately notify our customer service via contact@zaydeno.com within 48 hours, with supporting photos.
Any claim after this period may be refused in accordance with the carrier's practices.
Article 7 - Non-receipt or loss of the package
If the tracking shows a delivery made but you have not received anything, please check with your relatives, neighbors or your post office/collection point.
If your package is truly lost or stolen, contact our team immediately to open an investigation and file a claim with the carrier. We may offer resend or refund options based on the outcome of the investigation.
Article 8 - Packages not collected from a relay point
You have 5 to 8 days (depending on the carrier) to collect your package from the relay point.
After this period, the package is returned to us: reshipping will be invoiced or deducted from the refund according to your choice.
Article 9 - International shipments (if applicable)
We offer shipping to various destinations in Europe and worldwide, subject to availability.
